Firearms
All firearm sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Once a firearm has been transferred to the purchaser, it cannot be returned or exchanged. Customers are responsible for inspecting the firearm and confirming the correct make, model, caliber, configuration, and condition before completing the transfer.
If a new firearm has a manufacturing defect or warranty issue after transfer, the customer should contact the manufacturer for warranty service. JS1 Firearms will reasonably assist with manufacturer warranty questions when possible.
Suppressors
All suppressor sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility and selecting the correct suppressor before purchasing. Any manufacturing defects or warranty issues should be handled through the suppressor manufacturer in accordance with its warranty.
Ammunition
All ammunition sales are final. No returns or exchanges.
For safety reasons, ammunition cannot be returned once purchased. Customers are responsible for verifying the correct caliber, gauge, cartridge, and ammunition type for their firearm before purchasing.
Optics
Optics may be returned within 30 days of purchase subject to the following conditions:
- Unopened optics: Eligible for a full refund within 30 days.
- Opened but not mounted: Eligible for a refund within 30 days provided the optic and all packaging, manuals, hardware, accessories, and other contents are complete and in new, resalable condition.
- Mounted or used optics: No returns or exchanges. An optic showing evidence of mounting, installation, firing, scratches, tool marks, or other use will be considered used.
- Incomplete or damaged returns: Items missing original packaging, accessories, hardware, manuals, or otherwise not in new/resalable condition may be refused or subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- Defective optics: A product that is defective upon receipt should be reported to JS1 Firearms promptly. We may replace the product when appropriate and inventory permits. Defects or failures occurring after the return period are subject to the manufacturer's warranty.
- Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping on eligible returns unless the return resulted from an error by JS1 Firearms or the product was defective upon receipt.
General Terms
Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return results from an error by JS1 Firearms.
All approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Items must be returned with all original packaging and contents where applicable.
JS1 Firearms reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise and determine whether it meets the requirements of this policy before issuing a refund.
By completing a purchase from JS1 Firearms, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Return & Exchange Policy.
